At FLEGO , we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving confirmation of payment.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays promptly.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed. After dispatch, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will also be shared.
Shipping Locations
Currently FLEGO ships across India. We aim to deliver to as many pin codes as possible through our trusted courier partners.
If your address falls outside our serviceable area, we will reach out to you directly to discuss alternate solutions.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 399/- across India.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once an order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely. The estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 4-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities and Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Please note that these are estimated timelines, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and message containing your tracking number and courier partner information.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier company's website.

Delivery Issues
Wrong or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate changes before dispatch, but once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Missed Deliveries
Our courier partners generally attempt delivery twice. If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, we can reship your order after reconfirming your address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable logistics partners, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at support.flego@gmail.com or call our support number: +91 011 6965 6663 with your order number.
We will initiate an investigation and assist you in tracking or replacing your order if necessary.
Packaging
We take special care in packaging each product securely to prevent any damage during transit.
All FLEGO products are packed in protective material to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
In case your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, FLEGO does not offer international shipping.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network to serve customers globally in the future.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email support.flego@gmail.com or call our support number: +91 011 6965 6663 as soon as possible with your order details.
For Partial COD orders, the ₹150 advance is non-refundable and the order will be cancelled if refused at delivery.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy if you no longer wish to keep the product.
